SLEEP FOR BRAIN CYCLE
# Sleep is food for the brain. During sleep, important body functions and brain activity occur. Skipping sleep can be harmful for teens body growth. When you do not get enough sleep, your brain will get tired your body stop working. If you sleep well then in the morning when you wake up, you will look fresh and you will get more energy to do your work on time. And you can get more score on school activity. You can have a nice relationship with everyone. Your world will be more interesting.
2. How much sleep do you get each night? Do you think this is enough? Do you feel tired in the morning?
# I sleep only 3/4 hours each night. I know its not enough for me . I need to sleep more at least 8/9 hours. But the thing is sometimes i feel tired in morning, otherwise i never feel tired in the morning. I always feel happy and i have a lot of energy in the morning when i go to school and Keep smiling.
3. Will you change what you do after reading about sleep and learning? Why or why not?
# Yes, I will change my daily routine after i reading about sleep and learning. Because there are many ways to learn about sleep, i learn about sleep if teens get sleep well at night then their brain work fast and good. They get good score on school exam. There body work good and they can remember every things. Body needs more sleep to get proper growth.
